One of the goals is to let every user `docker build' it locally. I can
wait for the portable dumper, and meanwhile I can push a manual image if
you show me how. Or I can make you one of the owners and you can push
it yourself.

OK, it's "gnuemacs" on Docker Hub now. As before, e-mail me if you think
you can help develop the "gnuemacs/emacs" image for our users and I'll
