That should not be a big deal: the buffer is read-only, so it's an easy
case of multi-major-mode. Basically, we only need to handle the
highlighting and the hyperlinks.

It's built-in:
rst-mode is an interactive autoloaded compiled Lisp function in ‘rst.el’.
but I don't think it comes with a renderer.
