  Allow spaces in some configuration vars (Bug#13078).
  
  * configure.ac (srcdir): Don't assume $PWD lacks spaces.
  (srcdir, MAKEINFO, PKG_CONFIG, PKG_CONFIG_MIN_VERSION):
  All uses quoted, to allow spaces in these vars.
