    Remove ispell.el pre-GNU Emacs comments
    
    * lisp/textmodes/ispell.el (Commentary): Remove original maintainer
      details, as Emacs version, bug report address and so forth should be
      used instead for this version.  Remove in-line change history; use
      git instead.
