    Preparation to move to GNU ELPA.
    
    In order to move to GNU ELPA it is necessary to remove the code
    from contributors who were not able/willing to sign FSF papers.
    
    Revert "Rewrote the minor-mode using the define-minor-mode macro and added 
RET"
    
    This reverts commit 409b322aeb30005d1da4780dc9adc9bbd5bd4b38.
