[Orgmode] how to escape " in "typewriter" markup |

Hello,
we are using org-mode for software documentation and use the usual convention
that commandline input should be set in a "typewriter font".
This works fine in org 6.32 trans:
=somescript -U <input>=
This does not:
=somescript -U "my key" "my value"=
when exporting to HTML this is rendered to normal text including the
surrounding "=".
The inverted commas cause the problem. Is there a way to escape them (something
like "\"")?
Many thanks in advance.
Warm regards,
Stefan
