Beginning of line is better for killing and yanking. Also, it's easy to
move back to indentation with M-m.

This is not the case anymore in the new version (see my answer to

Affiliated keywords are skipped altogether.

Not each line starting with "#+" is an element.

This shouldn't happen (anymore).

I removed that exception. It should behave like lists there.
