User-agent: Wanderlust/2.15.9 (Almost Unreal) SEMI/1.14.6 (Maruoka) FLIM/1.14.9 (Gojō) APEL/10.8 Emacs/23.1 (i486-pc-linux-gnu) MULE/6.0 (HANACHIRUSATO)

Hi,

I have just released pases 0.2. New features include:

- Separate compilation for major emacs versions. That is, if you run
emacs 23 and emacs 24, you need only install a package once, but
pases will byte-compile the same package twice, once when you are
running emacs 23 & once when you are running emacs 24, and they
  should not interfere.

- Dependencies: packages depending on others will refuse to load if
the required package is not available.

- In place upgrades: when upgrading a package (installing a new
version), the only version will first be uninstalled, then unloaded,
before the new version is installed, compiled, and loaded. This will
often mean you can upgrade a package without restarting emacs.

- Support for APEL, FLIM, SEMI, and Wanderlust. This set of packages
(esp. APEL) are tricky, containing alternate libraries for many
  versions of emacs.
