Slow LISP on Carbon Emacs

From: Guillaume Lessard
Subject: Slow LISP on Carbon Emacs
Date: Mon, 11 Aug 2003 19:40:47 -0000

This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
not to your local site managers!
Please write in English if possible, because the Emacs maintainers
usually do not have translators to read other languages for them.

Your bug report will be posted to the address@hidden mailing list.

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Launching the JDEE 2.3.2 (current version) on this build of emacs
takes much much too long -- when launched with the windowed interface.
The same binary, launched with "-nw" does not exhibit the extreme
slowdown.
