yes it works fine now.
While I was at it, I thought it might be a good idea to check the other
skeletons too and I found 2 more bugs:
1.
C-c C-l, i.e. sh-indexed-loop, causes the error:
skeleton-internal-1: Symbol's value as variable is void: identity
2.
C-c C-c, i.e. sh-case, causes, but only at beginning of buffer:
sh-calculate-indent: Beginning of buffer
BTW I only checked the skeletons for bash and for ksh
