This patch fixes the issue. But I guess it will break something else
looking at the comments.
The idea is that ../src/${OLDXMENU} == ${OLDXMENU} and therefore either
one is obsolete.
Sidenote: this only works with the cvs-version of the Makefile.in. I
think the Makefile of 21.3 where only bsd-make suffers from relinking
twice suffers from a different bug with more or less the same result.
