I have no problem with emacs/src/.gdbinit which is in CVS. Since I don't know
what you have in your .gdbinit I can only guess what the problem is. For
example, "set height 0" is executed after .gdbinit is read so there might be a
problem if it prints a lot of output. However, as Eli says, an example would
be nice.
