The coding systems cp932, cp949, c950 have been added as aliases. Are
these known to be correct according to a reliable reference?
I'm doubtful, according to what handa and I did for Emacs 22 (see
mule-conf.el). I've forgotten any research I did, but that definitely
suggests the cp932 is a _variant_ of shift-jis and that I'd found that
cp949 needed a new table.
