Gnus/5.11 (Gnus v5.11) Emacs/21.3.50 (usg-unix-v) |
about a year ago (IIRC) I sent a bug report about mouse-autoselect-window.
--- snip ---
1. start emacs -q --no-site-file
2. set variable mouse-autoselect-window to t
3. split-window-vertically
now I can drag the modeline only upwards but not downwards
--- snip ---
I could have sworn that this problem was gone some time ago, but maybe I'm
mistaken. Did anybody work on this problem?
Besides I have another little annoyance with mouse-autoselect-window.
I use gnus with carpal mode and whenever I switch to the carpal window
to press one of the buttons, emacs automatically scrolls the carpal buffer
to the end. This happens only when I set mouse-autoselect-window to t.
