[CVS] minibuffer window to large and tool bar disappeared

Hi,

I updated my CVS version of Emacs today. After compiling and installing
I opened emacs. Here I discovered that the toolbar disappeared. Also the
minibuffer has now three lines instead of one line before the update. As
I didn't make any changes to my .emacs and it worked before without
problems I guess the update is the problem. I apologize that I haven't
any more information. If I can provide you some more please write a
mail.

Trying to (de)activate tool-bar-mode via M-x tool-bar-mode prints
"Tool-Bar mode (dis|en)abled" in minibuffer, but nothing happens.

In GNU Emacs 22.0.50.12 (i686-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.6.4)
