ps-spool-buffer-with-faces has problems with umlauts and/or accents

Hello!

When I try to print (ps-print v6.6.5) a LaTeX buffer (AUCTeX 11.55) in 
ISO Latin-15 encoding (in the modeline: "-0:--") I receive the message 
that the font for some characters was not found. Converting the 
PostScript code with Ghostscript's (version 8.14) ps2pdf to PDF and 
viewing it, I see only boxes instead of accents or umlauts:

The PS file itself seems to swallow the umlauts and accents ("Darüber" 
and "so à la"):

I think a re-encoding from US-ASCII to ISO Latin-X might be needed ...
