The readline 5.1 package comes with a file named history.info which documents the GNU history library. The Info subsystem of Emacs fails to find history.info because it treats the file name "history" as special. In particular, (Info-find-file "history") always returns the symbol history instead of a path to a file. This makes it somewhat hard to read the manual for the GNU history library. -- Joe
