Add isearch entry to index of Emacs manual

Subject: Add isearch entry to index of Emacs manual

`i' in the Emacs manual (Info) followed by "isearch" will not take you
to node Incremental Search. It matches only the `isearch-*' entries
in, for example, the Command Index.

Many users, including newbies, call incremental search
"isearch". Please add an entry in the main index named "isearch", so
`i' will find the main node on incremental search.

Also, `i' followed by "incremental search" should go to node
Incremental Search, not to its subnode, Basic Isearch.
