ebrowse: no key binding in c++ mode |

Hi,
This question is for ebrowse.
I noticed that while the tag-like functions, such as ebrowse-tags-find-definition works fine in c++ mode, their key bindings are gone. When I do ctl-C c b in a c++ buffer, I get a beep. Is there something I need to do before this can happen, or this is a bug?
Regards,
Ping
