doc string of mwheel-scroll on Windows

The doc string is this: "Scroll up or down according to the EVENT.
This should only be bound to mouse buttons 4 and 5."

However, in emacs -Q on Windows, C-h w mwheel-scroll shows this:

mwheel-scroll is on <C-wheel-down>, <S-wheel-down>, <wheel-down>,
<C-wheel-up>, <S-wheel-up>, <wheel-up>

The doc string seems wrong on MS Windows, as it speaks of `mouse-4'
and `mouse-5'. The value of, say, mouse-wheel-down-event on Windows is
`wheel-up', not `mouse-4'.
