Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
The following paragraph appears at the end of this manual section:
- - -
The variable `w32-recognize-altgr' controls whether the right <Alt>
and left <Ctrl> keys are recognized as the <AltGr> key. The default is
`t', which means these keys produce `AltGr'; setting them to `nil'
causes these keys to be interpreted normally (as the respective
modifiers).
- - -
This does not appear to be correct for my system, in that both my left and
right Control keys function as Control keys by default, as I would wish.
The reference here to a <Ctrl> key seems out of place. It appears to be
(and I hope is) an error in both this manual page and the help for the
variable concerned. On my system, I have one key labelled AltGr, which is
to the right of the space bar, and functions as an AltGr key within Emacs.
I have one Alt key, which is to the left of the space bar, and functions as
a Meta key within Emacs.
