Oh, my mind was not there again. There are only subtle but irritating difficulties with that. As I pointed at somewhere when I began to use Emacs w32-pass-alt-to-system does not work correctly with StickyKeys. This is not mentioned but I believe it should be. Otherwise it only looks as if we are not aware of it.

I think the StickyKeys issue is too obscure to be in the manual.  How
about adding this to the FAQ instead?

I am not sure what is best. However I appreciate if we take accessibility serious. (That also include following the GUI guidelines for the platform.)

Any place that is easy to find and I believe something like what I wrote before could lift the awareness of these question to a better level for both users and developers.
