CVS head
C-x C-f a.eps open a new eps file
%!PS-Adobe-2.0 input eps head in the first line
C-x C-s Save and
C-x k RET Close
C-x C-f a.eps open it again, then a.eps is in Image mode.
Actually, if beginning with "%!PS", any file will be image mode.
