In the section that is in the subject, where else?  That section is
about keyboard peculiarities on Windows, so it sounds pretty much
obvious to me that the right place is there.

Where did you look?  The text I added is right in the second paragraph
of the section.

I don't mind, but Richard and Jan are still discussing that, and the
Windows related peculiarities are a somewhat different issue.
