Strange completion in find-file after today's build?

Has anyone else noticed anything strange about the completion in
`find-file' after building from today's code?

This is what happens for me:

C-x C-f ; find-file
/big/dat ; I just starts typing here, and this folder exists
TAB ; To complete the path

Emacs now displays this:

Find file: dat/

Hmm...

If I do not type TAB and instead type RET after entering "/big/dat",
it works, I get the dat-folder in Dired.

If I start Emacs with emacs -Q, it works as usual, so there is some
setting I have done that affects this, but I can promise that I
haven't done any changes to my .emacs file in several days.

OK, I'll show ya':

 $ ls -l ~/.emacs

-rw-rw-r-- 1 mathias mathias 74177 Jan 20 21:45 /home/mathias/.emacs

:)

Any ideas what is causing this?

/Mathias

PS. I just now tested backspacing on the find-file prompt, removing
the current dir, and entering "dat", typing TAB to complete to my
"data" directorty, and it also displays this behavior.
