M-x customize-variable emacs-wiki-directories

Make sure that `emacs-wiki-directories' contains a list of all of the
directories that you want to keep wiki pages in.  Then all you have to
do is use `find-file' to open a file in one of those directories and
emacs-wiki-mode will be activated automatically for that file.
