[emacs-wiki-discuss] planner-appt update

There is a new version of planner-appt.  

It fixes a bug in the appointment updating of a newly created task when
the task has multiple links.

There are also a lot of user-invisible changes that should make task
appointments more efficient with functions that are called often such
as planner-copy-or-move-task, planner-update-task, etc.
