[emacs-wiki-discuss] planner-appt: new feature and new url

Following a conversation in #emacs, I have added a new feature to
planner-appt.  You can now have an appointments section with an
overview of all appointments from the task list.  By default this
mixes appointments added there and in the schedule, but this is
customizable.  Documentation is at the beginning of the file; I will
add it to the texinfo file some time soon.

Everything appears to work well and smoothly, but keep an eye out for
anything that seems to have broken: making this work has involved
adding a fair amount of spaghetti to the code!

Please note that the url for planner-appt.el has changed as well.
