[emacs-wiki-discuss] 'planner-create-task-from-buffer' is not autoloaded.

  I'm suprised to see 'planner-create-task-from-buffer' is not
autoloaded.  But it's one of the main entry point in Planner.
What about adding a ";;;###autoload" cookie in planner.el?
