[emacs-wiki-discuss] Planner/emacs-wiki bug tracker

I've tried to make use of the Bug Tracker on the Savannah page for
emacs-wiki/planner.  It would probably be a good thing if we could
make more extensive use of this.  For my part, I'm going to try to
keep this up-to-date with known emacs-wiki bugs and wishlist items.

Choose 'Browse with the "by category" query form' for a more
meaningful separation of bugs by source package.

If you have comments or follow-up information on a bug, please feel
free to add the info to the given bug.  Likewise for opening new bugs.

As soon as the people at http://gna.org approve my group application,
I'll have something similar for Muse.
