Thanks for the patch!  I've tried to implement the changes in
patch-112, with some modifications.  Please let me know if this fixes
the subdirectory problems.

Also: make sure you change `emacs-wiki-home-page' to
`emacs-wiki-default-page' once emacs-wiki 2.70 comes out.
