Yeah I ran into this too.
I don't know what the proper way to rollback is, but this is what I did to go
back to patch-136 from patch-140:
tla delta patch-140 patch-136 revert
and that seemed to work. "revert" there is just the name of the subdirectory
where you want the changeset info to be stored.
