No, those are bugs. I've never run into them, but I'll take a look.

That may be causing the problem with relinking the tasks on the
project pages.
I've run into some conceptual problems getting planner-multi and
planner-report to work together. If a note has multiple tags, should
it appear more than once in the status report? If not, under what
heading should it appear?
But I've found that for my purposes, planner-multi renders
planner-report obsolete. I wrote planner-report so I could give my
boss a biweekly status report. But with planner-multi, I can just tag
each task or note with "status" if I want it to appear there. I have
some code (not very mature yet) to archive the status page every two
weeks, moving all the tasks and notes to a dated page of the form
status-YYYY.MM.DD.
