Hi Michael,

thanks for the fixes.  But anyway, we should revert those patches and
remove emms-playlist-restore.el.  Ye has written emms-history.el which
does exactly the same thing is a bit superior.  It also sets which
playlist was current and selects the last played track.  It only lacks
some docs. ;-)
