Details:

On page 95 in the description of "analyze set chains"

the last monomer should have the number chain_start+n_chains*chain_length -1

so the correct version is:

Variant (1) defines a set of n chains chains of equal length chain length
which start
with the particle with particle number chain start and are consecutively
numbered (i.e.
the last particle in that topology has number chain start + n_chains ∗
chain_length - 1).


Also in my old Espresso version (2.2.0b) the command to print out the current
chains

puts [analyze set chains] 

as described in (3) does not work, but I did not check that in the newest
version.
