[ESPResSo] aggregation routine in statistics.c

Hi All,

I don't know if anyone else is using the aggregation routine in statistics.c,
but it looks like in the current version of Espresso the code has become 
incorrect.

After comparing the current code with my own copy, I noticed that a call to the
function
on_observable_calc();
was removed from the code.
This call was made right before
build_verlet_lists();
line.

Does any one recall why was this change necessary?
After I reinsert the
on_observable_calc();
line the code still compiles fine.

Was this change accidental or is there some reason behind it?
If this was just an accident, I will re-commit the correct version to the cvs.
