Header files are for the compiler, not your shell. You aneed to specify where
the headers are in the configure line, with CPPFLAGS="-I /usr/include/openmpi-
x86_64", provided that are the headers corresponding to the MPI installed in
/usr/lib64/openmpi/lib. Since I don't have Fedora myself, I can't tell...
