It means that for your simulation to run, you need to have "Verlet
Lists" turned off. Verlet lists are automatically switched on in
ESPResSo, since they are often advantageous for the short-range
interactions. If you want to know more about what Verlet lists are, you
can refer to the user guide or (even better) any book on simulation methods.
Some algorithms, including any Lattice Boltzmann method, need this
feature to be turned off. You can do this by including the line
cellsystem domain_decomposition -no_verlet_list
in your script. The "cellsystem" command is explained in more detail in
the ESPResSo user guide.
