Concerning the hotel. We have reserved several rooms in the International Students’ Hotel, which are pretty cheap:
- 8 single rooms (04.10.15-09.10.15) for 52 €/night including breakfast
- 12 double rooms (04.10.15-09.10.15). If they are used as a single room, they are 61 €/night including breakfast. If they are used as a double room, it’s 68 €/night/room including breakfast
You should contact Meike Kreidler (
address@hidden) and tell her how long you are going to stay and if they want a single or double room (if so, with whom they intend to share). She will then put you on the list and inform the hotel. Participants will get a confirmation of their reservation: not directly from the hotel but from Meike. It’s the same with the invited speakers.
