Oh, it's pretty much easy_install. If you've used an OS with package management
(yum, apt, darwin-ports, fink, pkg-src, etc.) this concept is familiar.
Basically, it's like easy_install, only the OS itself will track updates. So
when fabric 0.10 comes out, I can update the package, and then anyone who has
fabric installed from this source can automatically update to the new version.
