[Freecats-Dev] OmegaT 1.3.11

We're currently testing the latest release of OmegaT, version 1.3.11. There 
are a couple of issues that prevent me from calling it a "stable" release, 
but it's almost there and is quite usable for everyday translation work.

Download a copy from the files section of the user group at 
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/omegat if you're interested in testing it.
