U+30FC KATAKANA-HIRAGANA PROLONGED SOUND MARK
is missing in FreeSans:style=medium and FreeSerif:style=medium.
This character is quite important because it is very common
and because most the other Katakana characters are there,
Qt 3.2.1 sometimes automatically uses FreeSans for Katakana.
