Hey AB,

Is there any reason why you chose to store all the header files in
/usr/include/freeipmi/??  I think we should do something like this.

/usr/include/freeipmi.h
/usr/include/freeipmi/everything_else.h

That way, the user just adds:

<freeipmi.h>

in their code, and freeipmi.h will take care of loading all of the
appropriately header files from the freeipmi subdirectory.
