+ The NEWS and README files in the 3.rc0 release tarball still refer to 0.69.
+ Also is there any estimate of when we would see a stable 3.x release?
Actually I wanted to hear from the users if there are any bugs or
issues to be fixed.
Should I update the NEWS and README file and make a 3.0 stable
release?
+ Is there any reason why Debian and Ubuntu have stuck to version 0.5?
(I know that atleast one of the Debian maintainers are here on this
list. ;-)) I am planning to build it for Fedora and was wondering
which version to choose.
Please wait for 3.0 release. Fedora package will be very nice.
