FT2_ROOT and FT2_CONFIG_ROOT are gone.
Instead,
FT2_{PUBLIC,CONFIG,INTERNAL}_FILE can be configured.
Please check the CVS.
Just
pulled down the latest from CVS and it will NOT build with VisualC++
on Windows with an error of:
error C2006: #include expected a
filename, found 'indentifier'
This
tells me that VC++ can't handle the macro expansion in #include
lines...Bummer!
