I have added support for font matrix transfroms to the CFF driver. I had
to "fix" cff_parse_font_matrix, and add some stuff to T2_Load_Glyph (I just
cribbed it from T1_Load_Glyph).
Attached are the patches. Let me know if you want me to commit or not.
