No, it isn't. This isn't a TrueType but a PS CFF font, so the
extension `.ttf' is incorrect.
And the font hinting is seriously screwed up (have a look at the
attached image). With one blue zone so large and the other one at a
completely unreasonable vertical position (degenerated to a horizontal
line) it's no wonder that FreeType produces ugly results.
