[ft-devel] Updated solution file for VC2010

Hey,

 

Attached is a patch to update the solution file for Visual Studio 2010.

 

Major changes are:

·         Configurations used to be quite different, equalized where possible

·         More aggressive optimization settings for release versions

·         All configurations now output to /obj/vc2010/… directories

 

Please review and test, I’m awaiting your feedback!
