Hi All

I've rewritten a part of the smooth rasterizer. This is a drop-in
replacement for `gray_render_line' and 'gray_render_scanline'. I
wanted to reduce the divisions and the remainders there, which I was
not able to fully follow, so I rewrote them. The result is smaller by
2.5kb and faster by as much as 10% in rendering large or slanted
glyphs, while never slower.
