[ft-devel] [GSoC] CID font support, and others

A quick update on stuff.

I've pushed the changes adding CID font support to `ewaldhew-wip'. It
was a simple change by just following what I'd already done with the
`type1' module. Comparison images attached.

I've also pushed a few more cleaned commits to `ewaldhew-cleaned'.
More are on their way..
